International Women’s Day takes place this year amid huge changes in the geo-political landscape. It's never been more important to make sure there is no erosion of progress towards full gender parity.
The theme this year is 'Accelerate Action' and is a call to every industry to do more.
And our own industry certainly needs to do more. IPA census data shows that 40% of C-suite roles in UK agencies are held by women. That’s not good enough. We cannot rest until true parity exists. We all have a responsibility to make that a reality.
